How we work

Four steps from idea to production.

Every project follows the same order. You always know what we are working on and what comes next.

    Discover

    We pin down the problem, the user and the constraints, then write the scope down. That includes what we will not do.

  2. 02

    Design and architecture

    We work out the interface flows, the data model and the technical decisions, and test the risky assumptions early with small prototypes.

  3. 03

    Build and integrate

    We deliver working software in slices. Each slice arrives tested, reviewed and ready to run.

  4. 04

    Launch and improve

    We launch it, measure it and adjust it against real usage. We stay reachable for maintenance after handover.

API Deposu and İstanbulaşım are ours. We live with the consequences of the technical decisions we make.

Working software, not concepts

We do not deliver slide decks and mockups. Everything we hand over goes into use as a running application.

Catalogue scale data, authentication, validation services and map layers are the hard parts, and we have already built them.

Engineering for long term upkeep

We write code so the next team can read it. Types, documentation and tests are part of the delivery, not an afterthought.

An independent software studio.

Zanayt is an independent software and AI studio with roots in Türkiye. We work remotely with teams in different countries. Alongside our own products we join a small number of projects as a technology partner.

About the studio

Founder

Mert Murat

Software developer. He works on API platforms, geospatial data systems and AI integration, and leads design and development across Zanayt's products.

We started in Türkiye and work with teams in different countries. Meetings are held remotely.
